RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Original Oil Paintings
All sales of original oil paintings are final – no refunds or exchanges.
Each piece is meticulously packaged and shipped in a secure box with full insurance coverage to ensure it reaches you safely. In the rare event of damage during transit, a return or professional repair may be possible.
To file a claim for a damaged painting, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage. Each case will be evaluated individually to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Print-on-Demand Products
Print-on-demand items (such as prints or merchandise) are fulfilled by a third-party provider (Printful). The return and replacement policy for these orders is as follows:

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If an issue is found to be the fault of the print provider, it will be resolved at no cost to you.

Returns & Shipping Issues

Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the package will be returned. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once the address is updated.

Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed orders returned to the facility will incur reshipping costs. After 30 days, unclaimed items may be donated to charity.

Returned by Customer: Please contact me before returning any print-on-demand items. In most cases, returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges are not accepted. If accepted, a new order must be placed at your expense.

Face Masks & Sealed Goods: These are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns and will be disposed of if returned.
EU Consumer Notice
According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized items made to the consumer’s specifications.

Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations.
